Highlights of the Barnett Ross Auction on 29th October 2019
We held our latest Auction at The Montcalm Hotel, 34-40 Great Cumberland Place, Marble Arch, London, last week, selling 94% of the Lots offered and raising £14,461,500. This represents another successful sale, which illustrates our ability to consistently achieve great results for our clients.
Highlights include:
Lot 19 – 122/124 High Road, Willesden, London NW10 2PN– This Freehold corner building comprising 2 Vacant Shops plus 3 Flats let on ASTs producing £38,480 p.a. was sold, by order of Administrators, for £1,300,000 making it the most expensive Lot of the Auction.
Lot 22 – 110 Latchmere Road, Wandsworth, London SW11 2JT– In the same family ownership for 59 years, this Freehold mid terrace house converted into 2 Flats, located close to Clapham Junction Station, let to a housing association producing £21,000 p.a. was offered with a Reserve below £600,000 and sold for £825,000 (2.5% yield).
Lot B – Unit 2, 375 Kensington High Street, Kensington, London W14 8QJ – This central London ground floor commercial unit fronting Kensington High Street, let to Jones Lang Lasalle Limited (JLL) producing £37,500 p.a. sold for £700,000 (5.35% yield).
